I went to my normal 4th of July riding area,,,the single track trails that are normally open now were snowed in. So we took some easy riding 4X4 roads. The lake in the picture is Meadow Lake by Gilmore, ID. The Forest Service was just trying to get the campground open,,, despite the ice. Gilmore is a ghost town where some major mining was going on from 1902-1920's.
Happy 4th to all who celebrate. Thanks to the Veterans.

Happy 4th!
This "Flatlander" or "Bayou Boy" can certainly appreciate those pic's. I have never riden on terrain like that.
More pic's please.

I would agree that we get to enjoy some special riding spots, but sure wish it would melt the snow quicker. Will you be going to St.Anthony next year? I'm kinda planning to take anyone who wants, to some mountain trails, after the sand.
