Title: KX250 2006 barrel on 2004 crank cases?

I have a sel converted KX250 AF. the engine I used was a 2004 K250 in good condition, however recentlyt when  changed the piston I noticed that the barrel wasnt in the best of ondition and will probably need relating next time th piton is due.

Ican buy a new 2006-2008 barrel cheaper then I can have the 2004 replated, however will it fit? Will I need the 2006 head as well?  Any other info would be great.

They won't ship to the UK? I have ordered stuff from the UK. Why is that a prob.

05-08 KX250 engines are completely differant from the 04 and below. Cases, cylinder, pretty much everything is drastically changed. I have a 03,04, and a 07 KX250s.

Its not a problem, they probably will ship to the UK.  The problem is our customs is a nghtmare, and by the time I've paid all the taxes and extra handling charges then it wont be as cheap!!!
