OZ,
Very nice build! Nice looking Ohlins setup too! Do you know how they compare to the stock suspenders? Also what type of pipe did you use (more details on what was done to make it fit please).

I used a pro circuit pipe and changed it to the specs of a works pipe i have the motor fitted nice needed to lift the frame craddle up about 110mm used a kx 250 air box boot the rest was pretty straight forward the ohlins work great smooth but firm

Does the air boot clear the frame? My Service Honda KX500AF uses a CR250 Honda boot and it rubs up against the frame so tight it's slightly distorted.

I used a 2003 kx250 2 stroke boot and made a alloy adaptor to fit the air boot to the kxf airbox fits nice just touches the frame at the bottom but will not be a problem it is not under any pressure
