Title: Super Hunky Site, Worth wasting a few moments at.
Post by: Friar-Tuck on February 23, 2010, 05:51:05 AM
I figured there were still some other "SilverBacks" that remember Super Hunky and I didn't recall posting up the site earlier.      (C.R.S. kicking in  ---  C.an't  R.emember  S.tuff  )
Stroll down memory lane or see how far we've come in one generation or so in the Wonderful World of Dirt.
Click around the few tabs, and Enjoy a Chuckle or two.

The bit about four stroke rebuild costs is quite informative...

That's awesome, Tuck.  However, when I ride my 2000 k5, I get so many comments from others on new bikes.  "Does that have a steel frame?"  "Are those still made?"  "I like the retro rear fender"...."why does the seat dip down just behind the tank"....."my uncle used to ride one of those"....   Then you blow by them on the trail and throw up a roost like no other....yee ha....

hey I remember super chunky, from the 80's forward though.  Good times
As a teenager the rags were allot better, but maybe because I was way more enthusiastic and excitable.
Responsibilites and reality set in with age, and wear down the fun factor some I guess.
