CBX's brother had one or two K5 motors and I believe a KX250 motor done by him for his boy.  His bikes always worked good and Ron will tell you that at least one of the 5's vibrated VERY LITTLE.  I believe Ron is still running a Morgan head on his bike.

Tom Morgan built a national level kx 125 and 250 for me in 99, KX 125's in that vintage were not known to be rocket ships, when he was done they ripped, he did the suyspension as well, and I must say it is as good as we've ever had. The down side was alot of the parts had to be purchased from him, which was not a problem for me but when the bikes were sold it could have been for owners down the road. He also did a flat top piston mod for my 250, by far that was the best mod I'd ever did to a 250.

At the time he did the work for me he was in Lake Havasu AZ, then he went to White Brothers, not sure where he's at now.

Since we are resurrecting this I will put in my 2¢!  Tom rebuilt my motor about 1&1/2 yrs ago, top to bottom with porting, head mod, and power valve mod. I could not be happier with his work, he is very thorough and informative. With all his aaccomplishments and years of success he is a great choice in a motor builder. Been thinking of having him do my tecate 4 motor if iI can't twist aanyone's arm  on here to help me out
