Title: kx250 shaft lever

i got an 87 kx250 n was looking in the manual n saw that im missing a shaft lever for the power valve but cant seem to find it. any suggestion?

no its not which i think is wierd bcus in the bool it shows it but all the online parts manuals i saw doesnt
