Found this site while looking for a cheaper alternative to the CV4 kits that are almost twice the cost. This is still ridiculous for what it is, but I thought I would pass it along.

Anyone find a cheaper way to get green or blue silicone coolant hoses? Do you need the "pre-shaped" kit? I looked on McMasterCarr, but I didn't find anything colored. There has to be a cheaper alternative. $20 per hose piece??? I bet there is $5-10 worth of material in all four pieces.

Just go to automotive shop and buy hose there, its like paying for expensive anti -freeze. Would not want a red or blue hose on my k5 - like henry ford said "black only" :)
Auto shop even sold me an elbow to improve flow where comes out of water pump - not that horrible bend Kawasaki came up with - worked for years.
