Hi I'm new to the board!   Just had my 06 kx250f blow up on me so I bought a 92 KX500 for less then the motor rebuild.lol

Just getting use to the extra HP!  Love it.

Rode all weekend on the new highway expansion in Northern Ontario.  wow what I bike.

It is mostly stock as far as I know.  It does have the reed spacer and a big 15 tooth sprocket up front.

Forks need seals and I just ordered a Bridgestone front tire from bikebandit.

Have you considered putting that 500 engine in that 250 frame.:wink:..??
    check out some of the other guys aluminum frame kx500's. :mrgreen:  (drool. :-D..)

No time right now but maybe someday.  I might rebuild it one time, then do the switch after next season!

Are you located in N. Ontario?  North Bay?
How's the riding weather there now?
