Doordie, send an email to monkeybuttparts@aol.com and ask Jeff to research this for you. He helped me get the correct reeds for my VForce.

I just received my V force II and the part # is V2W150-1. It's a triple petal made for watercraft. Crystal said this was the part that was working best with the KX500's. Anyone else with the same reed set up.

Some pictures of Vforce 2, Vforce 3 and stock. Notice the smaller inlet of the Vforce 3 whcih really is made for the 250.

I installed the V-Force Delta II's not too long after I got the bike.  I think fresh, new reeds helped me with my starting problems at the time.  I didn't have enough seat time to be able to describe the difference in power.  I may have a look at them soon to see how they are wearing.
I am now going to try to get some V-Force reeds for my other bikes as well (KDXs).

Doordie, I am now on a Gripen project at work, so I may take you up on your test ride offer sometime.  So far, only trips have been Swedes coming to Calif.

Anyone here switch from a RAD Valve to the Delta 2?  Was there a noticeable difference? :?

Yep. Replaced Rad Valve with Vforce on my 500. It cleaned up the bottom end. I always thought it was running well. Pulled strong, but was told many time it sounded fat in the hole. The v-force made it crispy clean on bottom and helped with the cold-natured characteristics. Definately better. Don't tell everyone, I'm still trying to sell my Radvalve.

Uzi9mm,
The 'Beast is back' video on youtube has been removed by YouTube due to some legal stuff regarding the use of ZZ top music...
You can still see the video at http://www.500twostrokeonly.se/500twostrokeonly_025.htm

VForce2 vs Vforce3. My opinion is that the VF2 with the reed spacer is more powerful than the VF2 with spacer.

I called the techs at Moto Tassinari about the whole V2 , V3 , or 750 jet ski V3 and they told me by far the V2 cage is the best for the K5 the V3 is designed for the 250 and has much smaller hole so less flow and the jet ski cage has a bigger hole than V3 250 cage but still not as big as the older V2 so for max flo and power the V2 is the one to have. We have also run the psi  black diamond reed cage and found the V2 worked better . Just some things we have learned from years of racing.
