Title: KX 500 Serial numbers

Anyone know where I can find a chronological list of KX 500 engine and frame numbers? I'm searching for a 83 or 84 KX 500 and would like to educate myself on which serial numbers coincide with those years.

engine numbers KX500AE000001-001500    is 1983 model
                     "            "001501-002400    is the 84's.

I got my info out of my Clymer M447-2.  It cover 83-02 500, 82-91 125's and 250's.

To jack Maico's thread, I am trying to ID an engine so I can get the correct flywheel weight.  The bike is a 1994 but Im sure the engine has been changed, the ID reads   KX500BE018047   The "8" I am only guessing at, as the case has a small gouge in that spot, it could be a "6" or even a "0".  I have used the search function as well as called my local dealers with no positive results.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

91-93. Clymer saying All three years had numbers KX500BE 013001-on. 94 started off with JKAKXVE1-

Is there maybe any serial number info regarding KX500 -89?
Difference between Europe and US?

89 is the "E1" Model. Engine serial #'s KX500BE 008501- 10700.
I wouldn't know the Europe numbers.
