I noticed tonight on my pre-race maintenance inspection.
1: The 2 o'clock cylinder head nut is seeping oil, or coolant right out of the nut. Cause? Fix? Normal?
2: There are two upper shock mount holes. Mine is in the rear. I would think the rear hole makes a stiffer ride? If i moved the upper shock bolt to the front hole, I'd get a more smoother ride in the rear?

you lost a head gasket, need replaced. I have a hole heard of kx 500's none of them have two upper rear shock holes. 86 to 04

Yeah, it's most likely a head gasket.

I'd like to see a pic of what your looking at.
