Title: carb spacer and flywheel weight
Post by: vaaprider on June 05, 2009, 01:12:50 PM
I love the hit of my new 93 kx500 but I live in Tn. and the trails are tight.  By the time the power band hits in first I'm going to fast for some areas.  My question is, will the carb spacer and flywheel weight help this, and if so will they do it without reducing the hit when it comes?  Or would a couple of extra teeth on the rear help ? 14/47 is what it has now ,stock reeds probably worn, pro circut pipe and silencer, uni-filter.  I plan on doing a ground up resto.

Any feedback appreciated.
