Rick your son rides a KX125,or any one else ride a KX250/125 do for proteting your water pump from being hit by a rock? The pump sticks out more on the 250 than my 500 and I see the top guys like Fred Andrews just run a works connection glide plate, what do you run?A full skid plate,KDX style case bars,or the add on case savers? Thanks for any tips.

Mike,

The folks down south run big-ass skid plates that stick out in front of the pump.

Try DG or Applied distributing.

Ditto, check into a DG Baja Plate. $90 and d**n well worth it, you should see all the abuse mine has taken. I'd hate to have bought a pump for each one of those bash marks
