I just bought a '04 KX250 tonight and got a good deal on it!I'll have to tear it down to regrease and set it up before I ride it,but Christmas came early this year!

The base price was $4,700.00,but since I live in California $5,200.00 out the door.Taxes and fees ,licnce ect.The other price I got was quoted$5,700.00 out the door.I didn't want to mess with going out of state and wanted to spend my money at the local dealer if the price was right,and I felt it was fair.A friend bought a YZ250F from one of those places that import bikes out of Canada cheap,9 months later he just got papers for the bike but isn't sure they'll fly with the DMV.For that reason and others I want to see who I'm dealing with by buying locally,because if something goes wrong that GREAT deal,then that great deal  isnt so great anymore.

Sweet! I just stole a used but about new 03 KX250 from a stock broker for $3300. The bike only had boot marks on the frame so I couldn't pass it up. Big fun!

You stole from a stockbroker? Hahaha That's a joke since I was one for 15 years. Do you want your wallet back? Kiding. I also have a kx250 2003 covered in DUST and barely ridden. Once you ride the big boy you won't go back.....Unless the big boy is in the shop. :) Enjoy the little eggbeater 250. I wish it had the power of the big 500 then I would truly be king of the hill.
