I bought a Pro-X and everyone says they are junk.

I used to be able to get stuff from Talon at trade prices, if you need one at some point I will see about getting a price for you.

I looked at Talon's website and they no longer list KX500 clutch parts.

ive always used hinson but that thing looks beefy,im sure there the same thing

Well don't count chickens before the hatch.
The picture is generic and the basket I got was only anodized.
Just another fraudulent ebay auction with a fake description.
They state the picture is not of the actual item, but they said it was nickel plated.

That sucks man!!!!

I've been looking if a 250 or 450 clutch could be used in a 500
by checking part numbers at Kawasaki.
Doesn't look like it, or for 250 clutchcover.
Still it could be in real live. Numbers don't say everything.

Actually I just read that hard anodized is stronger than nickel plating. It was a comparison of baskets Corey Sprock was making and Talon. Even Talons material (alloy) was superior.
I was bummed at first, but it is still a nice basket at the right price.
