Poking around... one of the better videos I have seen on the net... (giving you full idea of what the hill is)

Yeah, that video does a good job of showing how steep the hill is. Usually they are from the bottom looking up and dont look that steep from that angle. Nice vid well worth the watch.

I think I have posted that video clip before, the hill is located on property owned by the motorcycle club I belong to, that footage is from the "Great American Hillclimb" held annually the last week of July for the last 90 years. yes it is as narly as it looks

Wheelbase is dependent on class, the video is the 0-700 class and they are about 72 to 80"

That particular bike is a KTM 550, you'll note the pipe running down the left side of the bike.

Nope, looks and sounds like a KX. And I probably wouldn't know except that I know the guy. Hillclimb42's builder is on #27 and 7 time AMA champ Dave Watson is #112. I'm thinking this is about 2003.
