How far should they recess into the case ??? I'm thinking flush, but just checking to make sure.
Any thoughts on the seals / bearings instalation in regards to the K-5 would be great.
I also noticed abit of scarring from the removal on the mag side....outside the race....figured i can easily get it with abit of sanding.
Man i'm dyin to friggin ride !!!

When I rebuilt my 500 I pressed the main bearing in flush due to that's how I found them when I torn down the engine.

yes the bearings press flush in all the holes and make sure you press them in level ( press on the out side ring of the bearing not the inside ). only sand if the bur is to big to clear when installing the bearings, and if you rape your ape right it will just lay there and smoke 2.
