Title: adding a head light 50w stator

99 kx250
ok just got a 50w lighting coil, and im wondering if theres anything else i need? got the coil, got the switch and the headlight/with a 35w bulb.
am i missing something? or is it just a power wire and a ground?

That should be all you need. What brand stator did you go with? I just installed a 50 watt moose stator on my 01 an it seems to work well.  Other than the directions on wiring it up were all wrong. :x
