Title: bicycle lights??
Post by: kxkowboy on October 14, 2008, 06:55:45 AM
01kx125
Every once in a while we will go out trail riding at night.
I dont want to permanently mount a light so I am looking for something battery powered that could be put on/taken off relatively easy but still provide adequite light so I was thinking a bicycle light.
Has anyone ever tried this or have any other ideas?

Bicycle lights work great.  You need to get one with a decent Watt output since you are riding faster and need better visibility than a bike.  Cam.

I have this one. Battery life is ~4 hrs and it is super bright!

I picked one up from Walmart for around 25.00 that sheds pretty good light.  I use it as aget home safe light I'm out alittle to long and the days are shorter.  If it breaks from a tree branch o'well, I can afford another.  I got the idea after seeing them used on some Youtub videos of hare scrambles.
