Can someone tell me how that thing would work?  It looks like he has a turbo assembly off a truck on that thing.  So what is getting the turbines in that assembly to spin?

When I see something for sale described as a "project" I always assume, that they tinkered with it for years and it will never function correctly.
When I see something for sale that needs work and it is described as an easy fix, I always assume they worked on it for days and nobody can figure it out.
When I see something listed as "rare" I usually guess that many people have them. And when something is listed as "mint" that means it is beat up and cobbled up.
On this "turbine" I have no idea what they use to spin the impeller. But I would guess that they tried to inject fuel and ignite the fuel with the hopes that the impeller would spin and the turbine shaft I guess is connected to the drive wheels?
Anybody else have any guess's ??
