hey everyone i got an 87 kx 500 and i went ridin with my buddy the other day and my coolent was boilin?!?!?!?! anyone got an idea..... it was leakin from somewhere.. idk what its deal is i just rebuilt the top end maybe 10 hours of ridin ago... any help would bw great!!!

where does your overflow tube dump out at?  Maybe start it up and run it for a bit then watch and see if it leaks and where from?

Take a look at this. Click on photo to enlarge. The cooling system needs to be filled and bleed properly.
