i know of another one here in indiana. I have a couple pics. I believe it is also for sale. It needs a John Deer tire to get any traction.....

Those things vibrated so bad they shook themselves apart. There were a few around for awhile, then they faded into the sunset.

I will never cease to be amazed at what crazy machines people will climb into and on. :-o :-o
When I lived in Illinois I would go to the tractor pulls sometimes and I have seen my share of $100,000.00 grenades trying to pull the sleds. Quad Hemi powered insanity destroyed in less than 10 seconds.
But Hey, for 10 seconds, ok maybe 8 seconds, it was sweet music!! the last two seconds sounded bad.

I think, Thomas has won races on his. I can't imagine riding anything with that much power and not be shaking some. If not the bike, It'd be me. I believe the one above runs on gas. Jeff Thomas has his running on Nitro. I believe the classes changed, which made people make decisions on their rides. They definately didn't fade away completely.
