I've heard from a local dealer that soomething is in the works and that the pivot point of th eswing arm is directly over teh output shaft so the chain tensioning will be much easier. You won't have to worry about it tightening up when the suspension travels. I only state this to make a point that if they put that much thought into it for the chain how much more thought was put in the total development. It could turn out to be another well built bike.

german engineering is always great. look at german autos porsche audi bmw all great examples of well built cars. they engineer these autos to run flatout on the autobahn. i lived in germany from 1995 to 1998 and got passed, like i was standing still, while cruising at 130mph many times so think about what those engineers know versus japanese or american engineers. i would buy one but not the first production year remember the canondale quads?

I read some where that Scott Summers is racing the bike this year in one of the off road events, maybe GNCC.

they are running in the super bike class this year too. completely stock bike finished in top 10 in the Daytona 200. I think it was 7th. maybe they're looking to come out with an all out onslaught.
