Looks good! Super clean! My 88 looked similar to that, I raced enduros on mine. The 02 that Im getting is also similar to yours and my 88. Also set up for enduros.

Is the KDX, and the KX different like the KTM SX compared to the EXC?  Different flywheel weghts and different ignition?

yes, just like exc.  wide ratio, tranny heavy flywheel, kick stand, lights, speedo, lower suspension,

Do you make your own gears or do you mean different sprokets ratio than stock? :wink:
Or do I miss something in Kawsaki history of gearing and gearbox? :oops:
