anybody know of any companies that make aftermarket radiators for the kx 250 year 2000.

Don't know of any myself... usually send off the stockers if they have life left in them and have them rebuilt. Buy used of off eBay, or get some brand spankin' new ones online.
Yours beat up bad or leaking?

I found a new radiator for my 96 250 at Midwest Action Cycle. Let's just say, my repair to the old one didn't hold up. It showed up in three days. The only difference in it was the new one was a bright silver. I would imagine that it will be easy to find one for a '00.

I'm sending the one from my "Project" here.

I just now ordered a new radiator from Babbitt's for $167. Shipping was like $14, will arrive 2/5. The internals I'm using on my motor will be in tomorrow, I can send you info on where I bought it from. All Weisco crank assy, bearings, seals and piston kit, plus a complete engine seal and gasket kit for $370.
Edit - $388.90 shipped

Nahh. Only need the left. A guy on TT found an even better deal from Motorsport. $157 with FREE 2 day shipping. I cancelled the Babbitt's order and save near $30.
