Title: Cleaning nickle plated pipes
Post by: ShanMan on July 31, 2003, 03:49:50 AM
I was wondering if anyone knew of a slick product and/or technique to keep nickle plated pipes (mine is an FMF) clean, and to try and reduce the eventual pitting they all get from temperature cycles? Up til now, I have been using #0000 steel wool and laquer thinner, but I suspect a good metal polish would help too. Any suggestions? TIA.  :)
