No offence if the operator is on the boards, but I'm a driver/rider and about as far from the mechanic as I could be... That operator suked.  Let me run that thing!

Yeah, that's a sick cart.  I wonder if he should use bigger tires and gear for them.  I don't know how the rear is set up, but he really does have a traction problem!

Stewart,
Very nice.  When I was a teen we build one similar with a 600CC rotax snowmobile engine in it. Very Scarry. Does it wheelie?  Cam.

Dude, that thing is insane !!! I have a dream to also build a KX500 shifter kart, with a Rekluse auto clutch someday. You run your kart with no silencer?? OMG that pipe must SCREAM so loud..... have fun, and stay sane with it!

Well I have a shifter kart It's an older chassis but it has front and rear disk brakes. Its kinda weird you lay down in this kart But I can easily convert it to a regular seat. I also have a 2002 kx500 engine I have been saving to put in kx450 but I have not been able to find a roller. I also have stuff to make a kx500 pipe for the kart. It seems to me that destiny is calling  :| what do you guys think I should do?

Yes I will probably be sending him the head and piston. I'm still stuck on building an 88mm/88mm engine with a 10:1 cr + porting. I have some Ideas on the porting front that are a progression of every thing I have learned over the years both on my own and from stewart. I am going to use a less is more approach on the porting .

hey bdi i learn from you to,,i  like the 88 by 88 idea ,,, two stroke theory says that same  bore and stroke is best,,,,and porting a 2 stroke  can be a hazard to power both good or bad ,,
