What year forks will fit a 2000 KX250? With or without the triple tree.

99-01 KX 125 or 250 are a direct replacement, the 125 are valved differently but would fit. If you'd be willing to buy triple clamps you could use up to current, using your steering stem. I have a set of 04 250f forks on my 02 250 framed 500.

Thanks for the info. I found a set with trees for a 06 KX450F, do you know if these would work? Also, found a set from a 02 125.
Thanks again.

Don't know about the 450, but the 125 would work provided you have the clamps, if they have the stem with them its a direct bolt up. If it was me I would buy the 450 forks and modify them to work, they are a good fork.

2003 and newer have a 6mm longer stem, so they are not a direct bolt on to 2002 and older bikes. Make sure the forks don't CLANG into anything when turning the handlebars.

I wound up scoring a set from a 99 250. They have MX Tech decals on them (which doesn't really mean a thing) but are supposed to be reworked from stock. I plan on sending the originals out to Pro Pilot Suspension to get valved/springs and seals. I know those companies are real busy this time of year, so at least I can still ride. :-D
