Title: KIPS power valve

my kx 250 cuts out on the top-end I was wondering if that was the power valve doing that. or something else

It cuts out. I'll be running it andf it will just die on me. it will just shut down . I believe it is jetting because it is 4 sizes too small and i don't believe the power valve would do that.

was ther a time it was running good or has this bike always done this
