What is a KiPS?  I did a search but couldnt find much on what it is, but plenty on if they are working.

The power valves in your bike and mine is a pain to time. The Cylmer manual is not correct for our year bikes. It took me may times to get it right. Install them into the clyinder and check operation before installing the cylinder. There's a nice mod that's cheap and easy to keep them from over closing. worked great on my bike. It's posted some where on this site.
