Title: Kx 500 rebuild mid 1990's

Hi all, I finally finished a rebuild of a 1993 KX 500. This forum has given me many tips and information during the project and this is my way of giving something back. The attached PDF file is the document that came out of the project.

I also Have a 93' that I have stripped down to the frame to rebuild.  WOW you went all out, with graphics and everything.  Good info.  I should have bought a new 04', it will cost about the same to rebuild everything! But, half the fun is working on your dirt bike.

awesome bike and it sounds great !!! You really put some time and effort into that and in result it looks like you have a "brandnew" 93 kx500 , sweeet . and good addition to the site . :mrgreen:

 Sweet video! Thanx, I needed that. Its been almost a week and a half since I heard mine. I enjoyed the interview with sub-titles. Can any one on here top that 500 vid?

bempa, that is one classy bike you built there. something to be proud of for sure. that video is awesome and i love the evil laugh after the kickstart at the end. post more videos, that was great. MADDOGGY

Is there a video of that on youtube?  I swear I saw the same pictures on that video I saw, and the guy riding was kicking but on the old gal!!!
