I got my cast off this morning...yeah! :D Now, I need to slowly recover my range of motion and my arm strength. I was wondering if any of you had ever broke a wrist or an arm, and if so, how long it took before you were back in the saddle? BTW: this is my right wrist (can you say throttle?) TIA.
