Title: Unanswered question.
Post by: zagnut55 on July 24, 2006, 06:39:35 PM
Someone posted in february if a 250 wheel will fit on a 500. I'm asking again with the years slightly newer. Here goes and I hope this is answered without the thread going off on a tangent. Sorry. Will a 2002 kx 250 rear wheel fit on a 2004 kx 500 rear wheel? Hope you gurus out there can answer this, Thanks, Paul.

They should fit although they do have slightly different OEM part numbers. I know I have seen wheels on E- Bay that will say " Fits KX 125,250 and KX500". Call someone like Bike Bandit  and ask. :-D

Yea, I know about e-bay, but I think they post their ads that way to attract more viewers. Can't go by that. You're right though, kawasaki part numbers are different on the end number but if you look at the bearings and shaft size, they're the same. HELP!

The hub on the 500 has a 3 bearing hub 1997 thru 2004 two bearings on drive side.
