Title: 1990 KX 125 is it the clutch or the carb?

So, I bought a project bike. I replaced the clutch plates and not the worn clutch basket. I've cleaned the carb three + times.

By the videos, is this a clutch problem or a jetting issue?

Carb assuming plug is new and clean.
