Title: Radiator fan for single track?
Post by: 1980mcneil on June 22, 2020, 04:30:22 AM
I already have the power dynamo. Would the upgraded impeller be good enough for single track woods riding, or should I drop another $200 on a fan system?  I haven’t boiled over or anything since I got the bike a few years ago. But after a Rekluse clutch and going to Easter Wa where the weather will be in the 90s-100s I’m wondering if it’s a good idea now.

What do you guys think?  I know upgrades like a fan never hurt but don’t want to piss money away that could be used elsewhere.

Unless you have engine issues or cooling system issues you should be fine stock.
But if you're like me that is never enough.  :-D
Cheap upgrade?
MSV's impeller upgrade, not the one from the guy in Sweden..

Use Royal Purple, Purple Ice.
I have tested against nearly every major cooling product.
It works...

I saw the impeller.  Looked like a cheap decent upgrade.  My motor is fresh and in stock form.  I'll just pick up the impeller.

Thanks Sand!
