Hi All,

  I am picking up a old KX250. Seller says it is a 1981 but it looks like it is a 1980. Can someone with more knowledge confirm the serial numbers listed here for me?

The engine is a 1980
I don't have non US chassis numbers.

A represents 1980 frame. NOTE ,a lot of 80 model frames cracked or broke if jumped hard , kawi even offered a gussit kit for these models . the 81 model had extra gussits , kawi even had 2 different frame numbers options for these models trying to correct it, they were slow learners as i saw they had a kawi bullutin for 1984 kx125 with a gussit kit and were to strenthen the frame .
