Title: Worley radiators
Post by: green machine on March 28, 2020, 10:15:15 AM
Anyone ever use the Australian brand Worley radiators for the K5’s ? They look like they’d be good quality and nice looking. And for the price of 100 bucks, that’s not too bad

Don’t do it, I bought a pair from their website, the mounting holes were off by miles I spent awhile enlarging them with a burr tool, got them to a stage where I could actually thread bolts through, only to realise the bottom left rad inlet pipe is way to long, and the wrong angle. I bought a elbow hose, but even after bending inlet pipe with heat, I’d come to the realisation I’d have to cut it shorter, losing the hose barb unless I got it re-welded. I’ve given up on them. Not worth the time and they feel like crap tbh I don’t care how cheap they were.

I’m now looking at either repairing my old ones or outlaw racing rads from America. The latter is a bit dear but I’m yet to hear how they’d fit the k5. This nonsense has kept my bike off the dirt for months!!!

Stick with Mylers radiators in my opinion.

Mylers is by far the best radiator company to deal with.  Great product, and great people.  Don't cheap out.
