Title: Airbox help!!

Hi guys. I have an 86 500. I've added a Lectron to the bike and now I cannot keep the elbow and pod filter connected to the carb. It just vibrates off. This didn't happen with the Mikuni but I was also hitting MX jumps with it this time so maybe it would have been an issue if I was with the OEM carb too. I would love to go back to stock but I cannot find the part i need anywhere. 14073-1194. Any ideas on how I can secure the elbow to the carb?

Is the current carb shorter than the stock carb?
If so you can use a reed spacer block.

The carb to the motor is fine. The issue is the elbow and filter to the carb. See attached. The lip on the Lectron is smaller than the Mikuni. If i could go back to stock it would be fine but I can't find parts. How do I fix uploader is full?
