Title: Will YZ wheels fit on a KX?

Has anybody on here ever attempted to fit a set of YZ 1999 to 2013 wheels on to a 1990 to 1996 KX 500? I am not worried about the axel width mainly the rotor location etc as spotted a cheap set of YZ wheels I want to fit on a KX 250 which shares the same hubs as the 500, thanks
