Title: 18" tire vs 19" tire ID

good morning boys,

I just became the proud owner of a 98 k5.

ok now for my question. Im looking at a skat 10 paddle and it doesn't have the rim size label on it.
does anyone have a 19" and 18" tire off of their bike and can they measure the ID of both so I can compare? I dont have any tires off my bikes right now or I would measure my self, and it may be very self evident once i put a tape measure on it and it reads 18" or 19".

im trying to score an 18" 10 paddle is the goal.

19 inch id is 19 inch tire.
