Title: Rc4 header burning hole through radiator hose 2012 kx450f

Need some advice to keep my header from burning hole through my hose. Had to buy new ones and don't want it to happen again. Thanks mike

Welcome to the site Mikeman1189.  Have you tried this stuff?  It's very common in the hot rodding world to keep the engine bay temperatures down, and is specifically made for exhaust.  Just don't forget to pick up a couple of clamps to hold it on.  They are like a zip-tie, but made from stainless steel.

Thank u, I'm glad to be here! Yes I have tried it on my atv but was told that it's not a good idea to put on titanium headers. It worked pretty good on my kfx450r always had a red mark from my knee to my ankle lol doesn't feel good. Wrap did help with the heat reaching my leg. I'll give it a go. Thank u!!

You might try just putting a piece over the radiator hose where it comes close to the header pipe.  That way it's not affecting your pipe in any way.
