Title: Can anyone see JPGs in posts

So I see people have JPGs in their posts that I can download but I can't see the pics after I download them. I'm using windows 10. Any idea how to convert or what app to use on my windows PC?

The images save as .jpg_thumb.  Find the image in Windows Explorer, right click and select rename, and remove the _thumb.  When it asks if you are sure, say yes.  That will fix it.
