Title: 2000 kx250 work on a 98?

Hey guus, can anybody tell if indeed a 2000 kx rear wheel will work on a 98....ive looks at OEMs parts interchangeability page. The list says 99-01 and I think 92-98 but all measurements listed is the same and they use the same spacers. So im confused....
