Hi all, I'm new to the forum so apologise if I'm about to raise a topic that has previously exposure.
I have a 1991 KX250 which has a pretty mashed front expansion pipe.
Does anyone manufacture an aftermarket replacement front pipe. I see FMF offer up a fatty pipe that is compatible with a 92-93 KX250 and also fits a KDX250 91-94, but does not state it fits a 91 KX250. I'm guessing this is because it does not clear the triangular rear shock mounting that is on the 91 KX250.
Has anyone successfully altered the FMF pipe called out above to a fit a KX250 1991, or is it impossible.

I don't know of any new pipes available. You can search Ebay for a used one. You also could send yours out for repair or, if it isn't too bad, you can repair it yourself.

It appears that DynoPort still makes this pipe. Give them a call or send an email.
