Title: 1998 kx250 can't find carb parts

Hello everyone
 so just about a month ago I bought my kx250 it's a (1998 kx250) pretty much all stock
It's been running great, other than a couple annoying things.  The clutch works but it doesn't completely disengage, unless I blip the throttle when I come to a stop. Second and much more annoying I've had the throttle stick on me a couple times,  and two days ago it wouldn't release which i then discovered was because of a freyed throttle cable from a broken (carburetor chamber top) so i I need a new cable no problem.... but I've started trying to find a Chamber top and I can't find them for sale  anywhere!  The part number I believe is (16005-1071) any help would be appreciated. I ride regularly on trials and it's driving me nuts letting my bike just set in my shed broken. :?
