Title: Kx100 power valve linkage
Post by: MadKawiDisease on May 27, 2017, 12:51:01 PM: Hoping to get a little help with my 2006 kx100 project... almost finished with a full rebuild but ran into a problem with the power valve linkage. It appears as if the previous owner "customized" the spring on the linkage among other things. I've read some great posts about these power valves but I'm looking for a pic of how the spring is correctly installed on the linkage.. I can't find it anywhere in the manual or online. Any advice would be great!!

Post by: MadKawiDisease on May 27, 2017, 11:32:29 PM: Yes that's it! 92145 is the spring I'm talking about. I ordered a new one from partzilla should be coming in next week but I'm still having a hard time figuring out how the spring is supposed to sit. Thanks for the reply!

You will see when you get your new spring.
Look at the exploded diagram.
Once you get the correct spring, stack it exactly as the picture shows.
I think you will better understand when you have the part.
