Hey, I need help with a problem, I have a 2003 kx 250 that needs new forks, does anybody know will the forks off of a 2002 kx 250 fit??

I have an extra set of 2003 forks I would sell you for $125 with free shipping. They need new seals, but appear to be in good shape. I can send you pics, just send me a personal message if you're interested.

To answer your question more directly, yes the 2002s should fit your triple clamps.  The 2002 and up models have the 48 mm forks with common size upper tubes.  If you are ever curious on what parts fit what, Sandblaster put together this awesome interchange list for the 250:
