I have a 2006 kx250f and the fitting that the coolant hose connects to came out of the cylinder head block. Anyone out there have this happen to them and can this be repaired or is the only repair complete replacement of the cylinder head block?

Hi Geovan5, welcome to the site. Can you post a picture of the damage? Please take pictures of the fitting and the hole where it was mounted.
Here is an easy guide on how to post pictures using photobucket, which is free.

That's an interesting fitting. Is it hard to put back in the hole, like it's pressed in?

I found an excellent copy of the service manual, but it does not mention that specific fitting. It's smooth, which tells me it's most likely a press fit. Maybe KXDino or Alward25 can comment. They know a lot about the four stroke models.
Anyway, here is the manual. I hope it helps.

did it break off, or just pull completely out?

there's a chance, he may be able to weld it back in.

The fitting just blew out, did not break off. The piece seems to have a slight tapper to it. Talked with a friend today and he was suggesting to tap it and thread a fitting in. Anyone done this type of fix?
