Hi Ya'll,
Just looking for some advice as to weather this cylinder is scarp? or repairable? Little back story, bike was given to me in a trade. Motor was seized up and i figured it can't be that bad, right!?? LOL right! :| So bottom end had gone TU(i kinda figured that, I have since had the bottom end rebuilt). The rod had jammed it's self up against the bottom of the cylinder skirt. Other than that the cylinder looks ok, some scaring on the intake side. Just wondering if this cylinder is now scrap or if a pro can get i back in shape? Let me know what ya'll think, see images below

Easy fix.
Send to Millennium Tech or any good plating shop and it will come back perfect.

take into consideration turn-around time....if you're closer to the west coast, Millennium would probably be the better choice, if you're closer to the east, PowerSeal could be the better choice....and if you're in the middle, call both places to find out whose turn-around time is quicker....either place is good.

Thanks Guys, I'm in Washington state, and Millennium has already replied to my email inquire as well. Shipping it out first thing tomorrow. Thanks again for the quick turn on the advice.

If you haven't already, you might want to order your Wossner piston, Cometic Gaskets, ect from them...
