Title: 88 Kx250 finished
Post by: Garand1 on May 28, 2016, 02:53:56 PM
I posted a few months ago stating that I was rebuilding my Kx. Its pretty much done and thought I post a picture of it and see what you guys thought. I do have many picts of the rebuild on another forum. I'll post a link to that. Heres of the last  pictures I took. I just entered it to run at Unadilla Rewind 2016 in the pre-millennium class.

I searched for months for a white rear fender but no luck. Green is OK but I think white would have been really sharp

yeah, I've never seen a white rear for the '88/'89 250- '88/'04 500....have you e-mailed UFO or any of the other companies , just to ask them?...can't hurt.

with any luck, if UFO, Acerbis, or any of the other companies see there's a big enough demand for a white rear, maybe they'll start producing one.

Hi have a white Acerbis rear fender for the 500, plastics look to be the same.  Actually have plastics in white.  Its got a pretty big break in it that has been repaired with zip ties.  Let me know if your interested in taking a stab at repairing it.  Looking to replace it with a green one.
